Once you’ve placed your deposit, you’ll be added to an exclusive retreat group inside the Kaleido network. There, you’ll find everything you need: packing lists, paperwork info, and all the details to help you get ready with ease.

You’ll fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), also known as Denpasar Airport. It’s Bali’s main airport and around 1-2 hours from our villa, depending on traffic.

Yes, we’ll arrange a private driver to pick you up from the airport and bring you straight to the villa, or your pre booked accommodation. 

Small, busy, and often a bit chaotic, especially in the arrivals area. Expect crowds, heat, and a lot of signs. Once you’re through, you’ll find ATMs, SIM card stalls, and currency exchange.

However, you're going to have a driver waiting for you so it's smooth sailing once you get to the arrivals area.

Totally fine ! Everything is optional. If a group heads out for something like surfing, there’ll always be other options back at the villa (like massages, lounging by the pool, or just enjoying some peace and quiet). We can also arrange a taxi to bring you home anytime you like.

This retreat is for skaters aged 25+ only.

This is the second retreat Amy has run.

On the last one, most skaters were between 30–40 years old, but we welcome any adults over 25.

Yes, 100%! Once you book, you’ll get access to a private space within the Kaleido Academy network, just for retreat guests. It’s where we’ll all connect and attend live video meet-ups during the lead-up to Bali.

Yes, Bali is incredibly safe, especially in retreat settings.

We’ll walk you through any local do’s and don’ts, and you’ll have support throughout.

Yes, Amy is fully first aid certified and has years of experience handling skating-related injuries and on-the-ground support.

We’ll have a first aid kit and emergency plans in place. You’re responsible for your own medical treatment costs, so travel insurance that covers skating is essential.

Yes, travel insurance is required and must include medical cover for sports or physical activity.

Bali does not have compulsory vaccinations to enter the country, however Typhoid, cholera and Rabies shots are advised.

Payment plans are available over 6, 9 or 12 months and will be arranged after booking.

Deposits are partially refundable before 180 days before the retreat.
