The SWB Story
Bali’s skate scene is small, raw, and full of heart. Over the years, a tight-knit group of locals has built something truly special — not with smooth beachfront rinks or fancy gear, but with pure passion, creativity, and community spirit. SWB hosts regular events and open-air skate nights, welcoming skaters from around the world with open arms.
Their Mission
To raise funds so local Indonesian skaters can attend international events like Skate Love Barcelona. Not just to skate, but to connect with the wider global community. They’re also working to grow the sport here on the island, so more people can fall in love with skating the way they have.
How you can support!
We’re honoured to spend time with them during our retreat, and as a small gesture of support, Skate Escape will be donating a brand-new pair of skates to their community for every attendee. If you’d like to contribute, feel free to bring any gently used gear: wheels, pads, laces, or skates. It will all go to skaters who will use and love it.
